Important: GrowTap does not automatically post reviews on your behalf. Customers choose to leave reviews voluntarily on third-party platforms (e.g., Google) after interacting with the GrowTap experience.

B. Customer Feedback Data

• Star rating (required)
• Written feedback (optional)
• Tap/click activity (e.g., clicks to Google review or social links)
• A unique NFC/experience identifier used to route feedback to the right salon/technician

C. Automatic Usage Data

• Device and browser information
• IP address (used for security and abuse prevention)
• Approximate location (derived from IP, not precise GPS)
• Log data (pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps)

2) How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Services (e.g., show stats and feedback in your dashboard)
• Improve features, performance, and user experience
• Maintain security and prevent spam, abuse, and fake feedback

We do not sell personal information.
